Monday 22nd February – To all our valued customers –

Over the last couple of weeks we have had issues with our outbound emails not being received by some customers. This has not affected all emails and has been a source of frustration for our IT department as they have worked with our external partners to identify the source of the problem. We believe that we have solved the problem which was totally outside of our control as it turns out, and our emails are now being received. If you are one of those customers who have not received a reply to an email or contact request form then please accept our apologies from us all here at 1-day – we most definitely do reply to every customer and would hate to think that we were just being darned rude!! The problem has generated some extra work for our Customer Care team so please bear with us as we clear the backlog.

At 1-day we do our best to provide as much information about ourselves and our daily sales right here on the site. Before contacting us please check our Help section first.

If you have a question that isn't covered here or is specific to an order you have made then we have 5 ways for you to get hold of us:

  1. Discuss this product - With this nifty feature which you'll find at the top of each product page you can see what other customers are saying about the product on sale at the time. You'll quite often get the answer to your product related questions by joining in. We also have our friendly 1-day crew keeping an eye on the discussions so that we can answer anything that we may have missed in the product description.
  2. Live Chat - Never chatted before? Don't be shy; Sandra and Chris from our Customer Service team are here to help you with anything you need. Just look for this icon on product pages. No holding for ages on the phone or waiting hours for a reply to an e-mail here - get an instant response when you need it!
  3. Fire a Form through - Occasionally we do let the 1-day crew have breaks or we might even let them go home at night sometimes if we're feeling really generous. In that case you might find that Live Chat is offline. Don't panic, you can still send us a message by filling out the form form below. We'll do our darndest to come back to you the same day, but just be aware that our response time is going to be slower than the first two options above.
  4. E-mail us - This does the same thing as the form above but if you want you can e-mail us directly at info@1-day.co.nz
  5. Give us feedback - Have a suggestion or comment to make but don't need a response back from us? Use our feedback form here - we love to hear from you and do pay attention to what you're telling us!
