answer 11. Why have I suddenly stopped receiving the 1-day e-mail newsletter?
question If you've been signed up to our daily e-mail newsletters, but you've recently stopped receiving them there could be a number of reasons why, with the most common below:
  • You could have had an 'Out of the Office Auto-Reply' switched on for a period of time causing our e-mail sending servers to think our e-mail messages are being rejected, therefore changing your account status to 'bounced'. To be removed from the 'bounced' list, please e-mail us at info@1-day.co.nz or use the contact us form here to send us a message in order to look into the matter.
  • You could be subscribed using your work-place e-mail address which are more likely to have more stringent spam filtering and our e-mail messages are being caught up in the spam-filter before the e-mail even reaches your inbox. If this is the case you will need to contact your work-place I.T administrator to check the spam filter or quarantine folders. To prevent this from happening again in future, please ask your Administrator to ensure the mailing domain 'icpbounce.com' is added to the safe-list.
If you are still stumped as to why you haven't been able to get your daily fix of e-mails, please do contact us (as above) and we will not hesitate to sort it out!

answer 12. Why is the stock bar still showing stock when this product is already sold out?
question Because of the heavy loads that the 1-day site experiences, we have had to delay the update of our stock bars. Currently the stock bar is updated every 10mins this is done to reduce any additional load on our website

answer 13. Why did I not see a "Buy Now" button only "Currently All Allocated"?
question 1-day uses a unique allocation method when you add products to your basket. Once you get a product in your basket it’s guaranteed to be yours, all you have to do is checkout. Because of the large number of people browsing our website, all our stock can easily get allocated in a very short period of time. This is when the “Currently All Allocated” button shows up. There is always a chance that someone will empty their basket or not checkout their order, this stock will become available to purchase again.

answer 14. I clicked “Buy Now” as soon as I could but I still couldn’t add the deal to my basket.. why?
question Because of the heavy loads that 1-day experiences, we have had to delay the updates of “Buy Now” and “Currently All Allocated” buttons. Once a product is all allocated it can take up to 10mins for the “Buy Now” button to disappear. If the product comes back into stock, it could also take a few minutes for the “Buy Now” button to re-appear.
