Currently, all New Zealand orders except for some bulky items are shipped through CourierPost.

NOTE: Occasionally, some items offered on 1-day may require extra shipping charges due to their size or weight. If extra shipping charges are required, this will be clearly noted on the product page when ordering.
Tracking/Estimated Delivery Times:
Once you've placed your order with 1-day, we bet you’ll then be wondering when you’re going to receive it. We endeavour to dispatch all orders as quickly as possible, normally within 24 hours. This begins after the daily deal has finished, please note to give our dispatch team the occasional well deserved break we don’t normally work weekends or public holidays, so dispatch times will vary depending on when a daily sale starts and finishes.The first you’ll hear from us is when you’ve completed your order – we will send you an e-mail straight away to confirm that we’ve got it and processing will start pretty much immediately. Once your item is ready to dispatch our friendly courier team will scan your parcel and it’s journey has begun. At this point you should receive a dispatch confirmation email, if for some unforeseen reason you don’t, please continue reading to get the low down of what it’s all about.We’ve worked out through extensive research that nearly all of our customers (especially in the North Island and upper South Island) receive their purchase within 4 days of placing their order, so if it hasn’t been 4 days yet then please don’t hassle our poor Customer Service Staff just yet as you can be sure it’s on its way.If you’re beyond the 5th day and you’re starting to get a bit worried then please contact us or check out the Live Chat facility on our website and we’ll put your mind at rest.Note:
- Orders placed in the weekends or on public holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
- Some South Island deliveries may take a little longer, so maybe wait an extra day before contacting us if possible.
