Currently, all New Zealand orders except for some bulky items are shipped through CourierPost.

Our system will charge your shipping at the price for your orders most expensive freight item, and then additional items in your order are charged at $2.99.
Shipping will be calculated on your order, in your selected currency, when you proceed through to the checkout and fill in your shipping details.
NOTE: Occasionally, some items offered on 1-day may require extra shipping charges due to their size or weight. If extra shipping charges are required, this will be clearly noted on the product page when ordering.
Tracking/Estimated Delivery Times:
Once you've placed your order with 1-day, we bet you’ll then be wondering when you’re going to receive it. As always we will do our best to dispatch all orders placed before 4pm the same day whenever possible.The first you’ll hear from us is when you’ve completed your order – we will send you an e-mail straight away to confirm that we’ve got it and processing will start pretty much immediately.Due to the way we now process orders you may not always get a dispatch e-mail, so continue reading to see what to do next:We’ve worked out through extensive research that nearly all of our customers (especially in the North Island and upper South Island) receive their purchase within 4 days of placing their order, so if it hasn’t been 4 days yet then please don’t hassle our poor Customer Service Staff just yet as you can be sure it’s on its way.If you’re beyond the 5th day and you’re starting to get a bit worried then drop us a line at info@1-day.co.nz or check out the Live Chat facility on our website and we’ll put your mind at rest.Note:
- Orders placed in the weekends or on public holidays will not be processed until the following business day.
- Some South Island deliveries may take a little longer, so maybe wait an extra day before contacting us if possible.
- Any other special shipping information will be in the product description, such as Bulky or Delayed shipping.
